\nLead the Finance and Account Department with accuracy in every second.
\n
\nYour Responsibilities<\/b>
\nLeading the finance function driving controllership, business finance, investor relations, legal and compliance
\nManaging and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department (including Billing and Collection accounting, Cash and Bank Reconciliation, accounts receivable transactions and credit control, Fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
\nManaging finance & accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control
\nAnalysis report on headcount and other variables, analysis of Actual Vs Forecast\/Plan variances, margin analysis, costing & profitability analysis
\nReview and reconcile the general ledger, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper corrective actions to resolve them
\nLead discussions with investors\u2019 stakeholders and processing loan applications to banks and developing the company\u2019s fund base
\nLead customer-vendor negotiations for better credit control working capital management
\nEnsure statutory \/ regulatory compliance & filings for revenue-related transactions on time
\nYou Must Have
\nExperience in financial planning, management, and analysis
\nExpertise in accounting and administration
\nDeep knowledge and experience in auditing
